The living and dining area is the spatial centrepiece of the villa — an 80 m² open-plan room that erases the boundary between indoors and out. Folding glass doors span the entire pool-facing wall and retract fully, turning the room into a covered outdoor pavilion when the weather invites it.

A long teak dining table seats twelve comfortably, making this the natural setting for slow group dinners, candle-lit evenings, or the kind of lazy breakfast that stretches to noon. The lounge area wraps around a pair of deep-cushioned sofas, a low coffee table, and floor-to-ceiling bookshelves stocked with novels, art books, and local maps.

A full sound system connects wirelessly to any device, and a large-format smart TV makes film nights an occasion. When you want something quieter, a set of day beds on the semi-covered terrace provide the perfect middle ground between inside and pool.
